Robert Sinn was named senior vice president in Chicago of New York-based Thornton Tomasetti Inc. He was previously associate partner of Chicago-based Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLC. Thorton Tomasetti provides engineering services.

Steve Tyink was named vice president of business innovation of Neenah, Wis.-based Miron Construction Co. He was previously founder and president of Attach LLC in Appleton. Miron is a general contractor.

Janet Hahn Lougée was named vice president of interiors of Darien-based Wight & Co. She previously owned Chicago-based Hahn Lougée & Associates. Wight provides architecture, construction and engineering services.

Luke Leung was named director of MEP engineering of Chicago-based A. Epstein and Sons International Inc. He was previously partner with Chicago-based Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. A. Epstein provides architecture/engineering, construction and other services.

Walker Parking Consultants in Elgin has announced the Vincent Treague was named senior engineer and Brian Faith was named project manager. Treague was previously electrical group manager and associate vice president of Chicago-based Primera Engineers, and Faith was previously senior architect of Willowbrook-based Raths, Raths & Johnson. Walker providing consulting and design services.

Daniel Durig was named senior transportation engineer in the Madison, Wis., office of Crystal Lake-based Baxter & Woodman. He was previously senior transportation engineer with Donohue & Associates in Madison. Baxter & Woodman is a consulting engineering firm.

Paul Holzman was named principal and director of operations of The Code Group in Chicago. He was previously senior project manager with Mackintosh International LLC. The Code Group consults on the technical requirements for design and code compliance.

Loebl Schlossman & Hackl of Chicago has announced the additions of two architects, David Hoffman and Robin Mahaffey. Hoffman was previously construction administrator with the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, and Mahaffey was previously founding partner and principal of St. Charles-based Anderson + Mahaffey. Four architectural designers were hired, Scott Klimek, So Young Lee, Dana Moore and Wes Urschel. Klimek was previously project manager with Garcia Stromberg in Boca Raton, Fla., Lee was previously an employee of Lucien Lagrange Architects in Chicago, Moore was previously an employee of JTS Architects in Lincolnshire and Urschel was previously an employee of Sherman Hospital in Elgin. LSH is an architecture firm.

Burns & McDonnell of Kansas City, Mo., has announced the additions in St. Louis of Philip Freimuth as assistant civil engineer, Meghan Giesler as assistant process engineer and Scott Moseley as senior engineer. Freimuth and Giesler were previously students, and Moseley was previously senior engineer with C&R Mechanical in Bridgeton. Burns & McDonnell is an engineering firm.

Anthony Garavaglia was named director of preconstruction of St. Louis-based Trumpet Builders LLC. He was previously project manager with St. Louis-based Alberici Constructors LLC. Trumpet is a contractor, civil engineering and environmental consulting firm.

Clayco of St. Louis has announced the additions of Bill Bojarzin as applications project manager; Danette Craig as accounting manager; Thomas Dutton as director of applications; Rodney McGrew as director of business development; and Michael Mullen as help desk technician. Bryant Halman was named construction services representative in Oak Brook of Springfield, Ill.-based Hanson Professional Services. He was previously resident engineer with Patrick Engineering in Lisle. Hanson provides architecture, engineering and consulting services.

J.B. Howell was named central regional sales manager of Menomonee Falls, Wis.-based Novum. He was previously district manager with InPro Corp. of Muskego, Wis. Novum is a contractor of spatial architectural structures.

Randy Gibson was named president of Fairfax, Va.-based PSA-Dewberry. He was previously chief operations officer. PSA-Dewberry, which has offices in Illinois, is an architectural/engineering firm.
