Loebl Schlossman & Hackl of Chicago has announced the additions of two architects, David Hoffman and Robin Mahaffey. Burns & McDonnell of Kansas City, Mo., has announced the additions in St. Louis of Philip Freimuth as assistant civil engineer, Meghan Giesler as assistant process engineer and Scott Moseley as senior engineer.
